Event Guidelines

  • A minimum of 2 nights reservation is required in both of our properties (La Casa Grande  & La Casita), plus there is an additional event fee based in the total amount of guests. You can confirm availability in each property page.

  • Access to the Hacienda is only permitted to guest included in the reservation, except for the day of the event (event guest access will be granted based in the event fee paid). Refer to the bottom for additional event fee prices.

  • We are essentially an “outdoor” venue, and require that amenities such as tents, tables, chairs, and the such, be brought in through other vendors. It is your responsibility to hire all the required vendors.

  • Because we are an outdoor venue, we cannot guarantee weather conditions or acts of God. For this reason, we insist that you at least get one tent from a qualified tent vendor.

  • Smoking is not permitted inside the house, and we ask that smoking be contained to a designated area within your event and that all “butts” be discarded accordingly.

  • DJ and or live music is permitted until 10pm.

  • We strive to keep Hacienda El Infinito a low-key venue, and request that our farm and neighbors be shown the utmost courtesy and respect.

  • A picture is worth a thousand words. Hacienda el Infinito reserves the right to take photographs at/of the event for business, advertising or marketing.

  • All parking of vehicles will be in the interior of the Hacienda. You are responsible for your guests and that they drive and park within the designated areas.

  • ​You will have access to the location upon check-in @ 3pm

  • When doing the reservation please considered that rentals/everything related to your venue must be pick-up prior check-out @ 11am

  • The furniture located around the house balcony and plazas are arranged mostly for vacation home rental purposes. You can re-arrange the furniture but everything must be organize back prior to checkout. Prior checkout all furniture most be move back to the original location, as it was presented to you during check-in, if not 100% security deposit will not be reimbursed.

  • We expect that all clean-up after your event be conducted in a timely manner, and that the location(s) of your event be left as they were presented to you, this includes all garbage removal (we will let you know where to dispose the garbage), if not 100% of security deposit will not be reimbursed.

  • A 25% non-refundable deposit is due at the signing of the contract to secure the day of your event.  Security deposits are non-refundable.  The remaining balance is due 1 week prior to the event.

  • A $750 cleaning/damage deposit is due upon check-in and will be fully reimburse after the inspection of the areas. 100% of the security deposit will not be reimbursed if 100% of checkout instructions are not followed, furniture is not left they way it was upon check-in and trash is not located in designated area.

  • We will ask you to purchase and event insurance, you could use your preferred insurance company, or we can recommend Segurosjce.com / 787-948-1589. If you decide not to purchase the insurance, you will be responsible for all damages to the venue that were the result of your event and will fully reimburse and compensate Hacienda El Infinito for the damages. You will also release Hacienda el Infinito Owners, from any personal or guests’ injuries/accidents during the entire stay or event.

  • 15 to 75 Guests - $1,500

  • Less than 15 guests only properties reservation required

Payment Schedule

  • A minimum of 2-night reservation via AirBnB in both properties. We don’t receive any payments until after check-in. Re-schedule or cancelations needs to be made directly with AirBnB.

  • 25% of the event fees due upon reservation completion via AirBnB, via ATH Movil (@787-477-5822) or Zelle (Use this email for Zelle HaciendaElInfinito@gmail.com), to secure the day of your event

  • Event deposits are non-refundable

  • The remaining event fee balance is due prior check-in, via ATH Movil or Zelle

  • A $750 deposit is due the same day of the event and will be fully reimburse after the inspection of the areas. 100% of the security deposit will not be reimbursed if any of checkout instructions are not followed, furniture is not left the way it was upon check-in and trash is not located in designated area.

Because we are an outdoor venue, we cannot guarantee weather conditions or acts of God. Daily life on any hacienda involves adventure and unpredictability, so we ask that you remember that certain aspects of nature and farm life are beyond human control.
